Management of open-end investment funds
S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT manages the following open – end investment funds:
Open-End Investment Fund Audas Piscator was launched in August 2009 and mainly invests in derivatives like foreign exchange, forward contracts (EUR/USD, EUR/USD etc.), contracts for difference (on financial indices, shares trading on regulated markets, interest rates, exchange rates) as well as other financial instruments authorized under prospectus. Open-End Investment Fund Piscator Equity Plus was launched in May 2011 and has the objective of investing in stocks traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and other regulated markets in Romania. The Piscator Equity Plus Open-End Investment Fund is denominated in RON with the investment policy mainly in equities and a medium degree of risk. Open-End Investment Fund Monolith was launched in December 2012 and has the objective of investing in bank deposits and bonds issued by the Romanian government on the local and / or international markets. It may also invest in Eurobonds issued by states and / or by entities located in the category “recommended for investment” by major rating agencies (Fitch, Moody’s or S&P).
