Any complain from S.A.I. Atlas Asset Management S.A. clients it will be recorded, free of charge, by internal control compartment representatives. The company has a public registry of complains that shall include at least the following
information:
identity of the investor filing the complaint and the activity forming the object of the complaint;
identification data of the persons within the
investment management company (SAI) to whom the complaints are addressed or to whom the investor appealed for such activity;
complaint date;
deeds complained of;
prejudice claimed by the investor;
date and the settlement modality of the complaint.
The complaint settlement term cannot exceed 30 days from its filing date.
