In accordance with the provisions of UE Regulation no. 649/2020 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the following information shall be disclosed to institutions involved in the performance of capital market operations, i.e.: Depository, market operator/system operator, Central Depository, Compensation House, Investor Compensation Fund and the Romanian National Securities Commission.
Through the accession to the funds administered by SAI ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT SA, the investor explicitly and unequivocally declares that it agrees to the processing by the Administration company, as operator, and/or by other persons operating within the meaning of the Administration company’s instructions, of the personal data on the investor’s person.
The investor benefits from the right of access to personal data, the right of intervention over such data, the right to oppose, the right to not be subject to individual decision, as well as the right to turn to the court. In order to exercise such rights, any investor can submit a written, dated and signed application at the Administration company’s headquarters.
