S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. informs investors on the endorsement by the Romanian National Securities Commission, under Endorsement no. 241 of March 12th 2013, of the following changes occurring in the FDI Piscator Equity Plus Issue Prospectus. The following paragraph is added:
The Fund does not invest in units of other UCITS and/or NON-UCITS funds” in both Issue prospectus (subchapter “3.2.2 The main financial instruments in which to invest”) and Rules of the Fund (subchapter “3.2 The main financial instruments in which to invest”).
Investors in the FDI Piscator Equity Plus Open-End Investment Fund that do not agree with the amendments occurring in the fund documents only have the option of fully redeeming the held fund units, within 10 days between the date of publication of the notice to investors and the entry into force of the amendment approved.
