S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. informs investors that FII HERALD fund units will be offered for underwriting between 12-23.03.2012.
S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. informs investors on the endorsement by the Romanian National Securities Commission, under Endorsement no. 8 of March 6th, 2012, of the following changes occurring in the FII HERALD Issue Prospectus:
- The amendment of the underwriting period stipulated under section 4.2.2 Subsequent fund units issue from the Issue prospectus, respectively the introduction of a new period intended for subsequent fund unit issues, as such:
Moreover, aside from the above mentioned fund unit issue, fund units will also be offered for underwriting during 12-23.03.2012. The number of units to be offered for underwriting for this public offer will be maximum half of the number of fund units subscribed up to that date.
Aside from the above mentioned modification, the fund units also include a series of updates/changes due to:
- changes occurring in relation to the administration company, respectively the change of the Company website address from www.piscator.ro to www.atlas-am.en, as well as of the e-mail address to contact@atlas-am.ro;
- the addition of a new fund in the section of funds administered by S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A., respectively FDI MONOLITH;
- the amendment of the following paragraph, determined by the amendment of the Civil Code provisions, as such: The fund is established at the initiative of S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A., in the unincorporated, private civil society legal form, in accordance with the Civil Code provisions, governing Undertakings for Collective Investment.
Investors in the HERALD Closed-End Investment Fund that do not agree with the amendments occurring in the fund documents only have the option of fully redeeming the held fund units, within 15 days from the publishing date of the investors’ informative note.
