S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. informs the investors of FDI PISCATOR EQUITY PLUS, FDI MONOLITH, FII HERMES, FII HERALD, FII MATADOR and FII DCP INVESTITII regarding the enforcement of the provisions of implementing CNVM Decision no. 23/20.12.2012 on the valuation of assets in the portfolio funds starting with 21.03.2013.
Documents of the funds will be aligned with the provisions of C.N.V.M. Decision no. 23/20.12.2012 and the amendment thereof shall be made without the application of paragraph 133(1), Paragraph 212 (4) of C.N.V.M. Regulation No.15/2004 on the investors’ withdrawal from the fund.
