Romanian National Securities Commission Decision no. 1095/28.10.2011 authorizes the change of the name of S.A.I. PISCATOR CAPITAL S.A. to S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A..

The new name of the Company, respectively S.A.I. ATLAS ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A., was registered on November 7th, 2011, with the Bucharest Trade Register.
